MODERN TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENT —2008 Design and site planning of an 8 unit three story townhouse development. DAVIS CIRCLE ADDITION —2007 Design and construction of a three-story 2100 square foot addition to an existing residence. KAREN C DANTIN MD MEDICAL CLINIC RENOVATION —2007 Design and renovation of a 5700 square foot medical clinic. MIDTOWN OFFICE BUILDING —2006 Design and permitting for a two story 7200 square foot office building on an infill lot in Midtown Atlanta. SINGLE FAMILY CRAFTSMAN BUNGALOW —2006 Speculative design, renovation and addition of a 2,400 square foot 2 story house in Berkley Park Neighborhood. ART INSTALLATION FOR SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE —2005 Design and fabrication of an interior sculpture installation. The main components were an 8 foot x 24 foot stainless projection screen and a mobile constructed of frosted and reflective glass planes, connected to operable stainless pulley, cable and counterweight apparatus. HANOVER HOUSE CONDOMINIUM RENOVATION —2005 Design and total re-build of a 1800 square foot high rise condominium.
